Full-Grain Leather
We use only the top layer of the hide — the strongest, most durable part. It develops a rich patina over time and only gets better with age. This isn't bonded leather or split leather. It's the real thing.

The Lone Bandit works with virtually any camera that has a standard tripod mount (1/4-20 thread). This includes DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and most medium format bodies. The included Camera D Ring Screw attaches to your camera's tripod socket.
Measure around your chest above the bust line. S/M fits 28"–39" and L/XL fits 40" and up. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Not sure? Select 'Choose Size After Checkout' and we'll email you a sizing survey to complete at your convenience.
Right Hand harnesses position your camera on the right side of your body for right-handed shooters. Left Hand harnesses position your camera on the left side for left-handed shooters. Choose based on which hand you naturally raise to grab your camera.

We offer four leather options: Tan (Wickett & Craig 6-7oz Harness Veg Tanned), Light Brown, Dark Brown, and Black (Seidel Tannery 6-7oz leather). All leathers are full-grain and will develop a beautiful patina with use.

Yes. Every Rose Anvil product is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If any hardware fails or stitching comes undone due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. This doesn't cover normal wear and patina development — that's a feature, not a bug.
